Russ Stein, President
Russ is responsible for the operations of GoCargoClaims.  Over the past 35 years, Russ has worked in various management, accounting and executive positions in the transportation and steel industries.  During his career, he has managed the cargo claims processing and various transportation management services for a number of large shippers from varied industries.  His experience also covers multiple modes of transportation.

Bill Bowan, Director of Claims
Bill supervises the GoCargoClaims staff that resolves loss and damage claims.  During his 35-year career, Bill has managed cargo claims processing, operations and pricing services for shippers in the truck (LTL, TL), rail and barge industries.  He previously worked for 11 years for a truckload contract carrier and his experience spans multiple industries. 

Georgeanne Yagatich, Operations Manager
Georgeanne is responsible for the research, development and implementation of the GoCargoClaims information database and helps manage the technology system that is used in processing customer freight claims.  She has more than 10 years of experience in the transportation business.

Alice McGann, Claims Control Specialist
Alice is responsible for the department that handles the initial receipt and evaluation of claims, as well as feedback to the customer and claim status updates.  She has more than 13 years of experience in claims processing and customer service.

Chris Crowell, Carrier Relations Manager
Chris supervises the negotiation and settlement of claims with carriers in cases of rejection or dispute of responsibility for the claim.  She has more than 15 years of experience in the transportation/claims business dealing with carriers, insurance companies and brokers.
