Step 1: E-mail us or call us at 800-569-0254 for a no-commitment phone consultation with one of our cargo claims experts.  All we need initially are the basic facts regarding your claim.

Sept. 2: During an initial phone call consultation, a GoCargoClaims expert will offer advice about what immediate actions are necessary to start the process of collecting evidence.  This consultation is vital because successful recovery of cargo claims often depends on your actions as soon as possible after learning that your cargo has been lost or damaged.  During this call, we also will discuss our value-focused fee structure. 

Step 3: Our claims experts will react quickly and file each claim with the carrier within 48 hours after your claim information has been submitted.  Our actions on your behalf include opening the claim file, collecting evidence, interviewing interested parties and tracking the collection of funds.  We will provide regular updates on the status of your claim, and contact you regarding any other important developments.

Step 4:  You get paid!
